Section 1
General Terms & Acceptance
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tbaja platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by the terms set out in this document.

1.3 Governing Language
These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the English original, the English version shall prevail. All formal communications between tbaja and registered players — including account notices, bonus terms, withdrawal confirmations, and support responses — shall be conducted in English.
1.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without modification. The invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of any other clause in this agreement.

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.2 Age Verification Procedures
tbaja reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any registered player at any time, without cause or prior notice. Acceptable forms of age verification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification showing date of birth. Until satisfactory age verification documentation is received and approved, tbaja may suspend withdrawal access for the account under review. If age verification fails or a player is found to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, minus any winnings generated during the period of underage use, which shall be forfeited in full.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility
tbaja is operated as an offshore platform primarily serving the Bangladeshi market. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing online gambling services is permitted under the laws applicable in your location. tbaja does not accept players from jurisdictions where it is required to hold a local licence but does not. Where tbaja becomes aware that a player is accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction, that account may be suspended pending review.

Section 3
Account Registration & Verification
Each player may hold one tbaja account only. Your account details must reflect your true identity. tbaja conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of its standard account verification process.
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual may register and operate exactly one tbaja account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where tbaja identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered will be closed and any balances consolidated at tbaja's discretion, with bonuses forfeited. Deliberate multi-accounting to abuse promotional offers will result in permanent exclusion from the platform.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your tbaja account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. Providing false or misleading registration information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure without liability to tbaja.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbaja login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. tbaja will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify tbaja immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. tbaja accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification
tbaja operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) responsibilities. KYC checks may be triggered at any time, including but not limited to: at account registration, upon a player's first withdrawal request, when cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or when unusual account activity is detected. The following documents may be requested during KYC:
- Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your name and current residential address, dated within the last three months.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name and linked to your tbaja account.
Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, tbaja may place restrictions on the account, including suspension of withdrawal access. 3.5 Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months or more. tbaja may apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold has been passed. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts that reach a zero balance as a result of inactivity fees may be closed. Players may reactivate an inactive account by logging in and contacting support.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on tbaja are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
4.1 Deposits
Deposits to your tbaja account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a deposit is funded from a payment account belonging to a person other than the registered tbaja account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, although tbaja reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency and Fees
All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on tbaja are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tbaja does not charge a deposit or withdrawal processing fee on its end. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside tbaja's control and are the player's responsibility. tbaja strongly recommends that players check applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating transactions.
4.4 Declined Transactions
tbaja reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction where: the transaction cannot be verified as originating from or returning to the registered account holder; the transaction triggers an AML or fraud alert; the account is under a restriction, review, or suspension; or the transaction would cause the account balance to fall below zero. In all such cases, tbaja will endeavour to notify the player promptly.

Bonus Policy & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by tbaja are subject to these general bonus terms and to any additional terms published alongside each specific offer. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific offer's terms, the specific offer's terms shall prevail for that offer only.
Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your tbaja account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real-money funds by meeting the wagering requirements associated with the bonus. Only real-money funds (not bonus funds) are withdrawable at any time.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for each bonus is specified in that bonus offer's terms. Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, the following general rules apply:
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus offer. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period are forfeited automatically.
- Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per offer.
- Bets placed using bonus funds must not exceed the maximum bet size specified in the bonus terms. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus wagering period may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
- Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using bonus funds — depositing additional funds does not accelerate or bypass wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions
Each tbaja bonus offer will specify the eligibility criteria for that offer, which may include: minimum qualifying deposit amount, eligible payment methods, applicable game categories, and geographic or account-tier restrictions. tbaja reserves the right to exclude any player from participating in a specific promotion at its reasonable discretion.
5.4 Bonus Abuse and Exploitation
tbaja actively monitors bonus usage patterns to detect and prevent abuse. Behaviour that tbaja considers to constitute bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
- Using matched betting or arbitrage techniques in conjunction with bonus funds.
- Placing low-risk, mathematically balanced wagers (known as "hedging") with the primary purpose of meeting wagering requirements rather than genuine recreational play.
- Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements.
- Using software, bots, or automated betting tools in conjunction with bonus funds.
Where tbaja reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the account responsible. Determining whether conduct constitutes bonus abuse is at tbaja's reasonable discretion.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers
tbaja reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including offers that are currently active. Where a player has already opted in and begun meeting the wagering requirements for a running offer, tbaja will honour that player's participation under the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the offer was made in error or in breach of these Terms.

Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Players using the tbaja platform are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with these obligations. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds.
6.1 General Obligations
As a registered tbaja player, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes.
- Provide accurate and current personal and financial information at all times.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the tbaja platform.
- Promptly notify tbaja if you become aware of any error, malfunction, or unexpected behaviour in the platform software.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbaja platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:
- Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the platform for any fraudulent purpose, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities or attempting to use the platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other competitive format available on the platform.
- Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without human oversight.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical malfunctions to generate profit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to tbaja without first raising the matter with tbaja support.
- Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward tbaja support staff or other players through any platform channel.
6.3 Intellectual Property
All content on the tbaja platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and written content, is the intellectual property of tbaja or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without express written permission from tbaja.

Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
tbaja reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the welfare of the player.
7.1 Suspension by tbaja
tbaja may place a temporary suspension on any account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply:
- A breach or suspected breach of these Terms has occurred.
- The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
- KYC or age verification documentation has been requested but not yet provided by the player.
- There is a technical issue affecting the account that requires investigation before further activity is permitted.
- A third party has made a credible report that the account is being operated by an unauthorised person.
During a suspension, the player will typically retain access to view their account balance but may be unable to deposit, place bets, or withdraw. tbaja will notify the player of the suspension by email and provide guidance on the steps required to lift it, where this is possible.
7.2 Permanent Closure by tbaja
tbaja may permanently close an account where: a serious or repeated breach of these Terms is confirmed; the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age; the account is confirmed to have been used for fraudulent or criminal activity; or the player engages in conduct that tbaja reasonably considers to be incompatible with continued platform access. Upon permanent closure for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Balances derived from or tainted by the conduct leading to closure may be forfeited. Legitimate, clean balances will ordinarily be returned to the registered payment method.
7.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the voluntary closure of your tbaja account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any bonus balance outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
Please note that voluntarily closing your account does not constitute a self-exclusion. 7.4 Dormant Account Closure
As noted in Section 3.5, accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Following the application of applicable inactivity fees, dormant accounts with a zero balance may be administratively closed by tbaja. Players who wish to reactivate a closed dormant account should contact [email protected]. Reactivation is subject to re-verification of identity and payment method.

Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbaja limits its liability to registered players as set out in this section. Players should read this section carefully before using the platform.
8.1 Platform Availability
tbaja endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or downtime at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. tbaja shall not be liable for any loss of opportunity, loss of winnings, or any other loss suffered by a player as a direct result of planned or unplanned platform downtime.
8.2 Betting and Gaming Outcomes
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. tbaja does not guarantee any outcome in respect of bets placed or games played on the platform. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or by the outcome of real-world sporting events, as applicable. tbaja is not liable for losses incurred through normal gambling activity, including losses resulting from a run of unfavourable outcomes that are statistically possible within the parameters of fair play.
8.3 Technical Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect odds display, game result, or balance calculation, tbaja reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and restore affected account balances to their correct state as determined by tbaja's server records. tbaja shall not be liable for any losses arising from the player's reliance on an incorrectly displayed result prior to that result being corrected. Where a malfunction has resulted in an overpayment to a player, tbaja reserves the right to recover that overpayment from the player's account balance.
8.4 Third-Party Services
The tbaja platform incorporates services provided by third-party game studios, payment processors, and technology providers. tbaja does not accept liability for failures, errors, delays, or misconduct attributable to third-party service providers, including but not limited to game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming, or payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
8.5 Maximum Liability Cap
To the extent permitted by law, tbaja's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player to their tbaja account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, including contract, tort, negligence, or statutory duty.
Disputes: Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms shall first be addressed through tbaja's internal dispute resolution process.
